Healthy Smoothies For Kids

Smoothies/Shakes are a GREAT way to get lots of fresh fruits and vegetables into a child's diet! Here are some great recipes that are sure to have them asking for seconds!
Chocolate Banana
- 1 Frozen banana
- 1 Scoop Amazing Grass Organic Chocolate Protein + Kale
- 1 Cup Plant Based Milk
- Handful of ice
Banana Nut
- 1 Frozen Banana
- 3 Tablespoons Hemps Seeds
- 1/2 Teaspoon Cinnamon
- 2 Tbsp Organic Almond Butter
- 1 Cup Plant Based Milk
- 1/4 Tsp Non GMO Organic Vanilla Extract
- Handful of ice
Blueberry with Hidden Greens
- 1 Cup Frozen or Fresh Blueberries
- 1 Cup Red Grapes
- 1 Handful Frozen or Fresh Spinach
- 1 Tbsp Agave or Date Paste
- 1/2 Plant Based Milk or Water
Pumpkin Pie
- 8 oz Fresh Carrot Juice
- 3 Tbsp Hemp Seeds
- Blend Juice & Hemp Seeds First
- 1/2 Frozen Banana
- 1/2 Tsp Cinnamon
- 1/2 Tsp Pumpkin Pie Spice
- 1/2 Cup Cooked Sweet potato
- 1/2 Water if Needed
- Handful of Ice if desired
TIPS:
- Use frozen greens, they impart a less "green" taste
