Healthy Smoothies For Kids

Smoothies/Shakes are a GREAT way to get lots of fresh fruits and vegetables into a child's diet! Here are some great recipes that are sure to have them asking for seconds!

Chocolate Banana

  1. 1 Frozen banana
  2. 1 Scoop Amazing Grass Organic Chocolate Protein + Kale
  3. 1 Cup Plant Based Milk
  4. Handful of ice

Banana Nut

  1. 1 Frozen Banana
  2. 3 Tablespoons Hemps Seeds
  3. 1/2 Teaspoon Cinnamon
  4. 2 Tbsp Organic Almond Butter
  5. 1 Cup Plant Based Milk
  6. 1/4 Tsp Non GMO Organic Vanilla Extract
  7. Handful of ice

Blueberry with Hidden Greens

  • 1 Cup Frozen or Fresh Blueberries
  • 1 Cup Red Grapes
  • 1 Handful Frozen or Fresh Spinach
  • 1 Tbsp Agave or Date Paste
  • 1/2 Plant Based Milk or Water

Pumpkin Pie

  1. 8 oz Fresh Carrot Juice
  2. 3 Tbsp Hemp Seeds
  3. Blend Juice & Hemp Seeds First
  4. 1/2 Frozen Banana
  5. 1/2 Tsp Cinnamon
  6. 1/2 Tsp Pumpkin Pie Spice
  7. 1/2 Cup Cooked Sweet potato
  8. 1/2 Water if Needed
  9. Handful of Ice if desired

TIPS:

  • Use frozen greens, they impart a less "green" taste
