Our sourdough fermentation process creates a dense, hearty, sustaining and amazingly delicious bite which packs a powerful sourdough punch!
And in staying true to our mission - our sourdough starter is fermented the old fashioned way - for at least 24 hours.
We've recently heard from a large number of you that this bread technically qualifies as a Dr. Sebi approved food which would also mean it is appropriate for an alkaline Vegan diet.
Additionally, we've gotten feedback that this traditional Spelt Sourdough is also low FODMAP friendly according to the Monash University low FODMAP guidelines.
